우리나라 가요 김정수의 내 마음 당신곁으로를 유럽인 들의 취향에 맛게 힙합 사운드로 재구성 한 리메이크 음반이다. 보컬은 독일의 여가수 니코가 맡았고 랩은DJ BOBO와 세계적인 래퍼 XL-SINGLETON이 맡았다.

 

처음에 접했을땐 선입견 때문에 우리 가요가 번안곡 이였나 의아 했었다. 음반 제목이 코리아..뭐라 하던데 까묵었다.

트롯의 맛은 전혀 느낄수 없고 곡 하나 하나 마다 색다른 매력이 있다. 애절하고 조용한 트롯가요 를

경쾌한 댄스 버젼으로 탈바꿈 했다.

 

Niko (nico) 는 You are not alone 이란 제목으로 랩 을 가미 하여 신세대가 들어 도 별무리 없는 힙합으로 변화시켰다. 귀에익은 곡이라 언어와 버젼이 달라도 부담감 없이 편히 즐길수 있는 곡이 아닌가 한다.
